Peak Seven · Year Two Proposal

The
Proposal.

Creative AI Lead & Producer · October 2026
What I need to make this happen
Title Change
Creative AI Lead & Producer
Reflects what the role actually does — building the systems, skills, and workflows that move the department forward. Natural complement to the Art Director: concepts meet execution.
Compensation
$90K–$105K position est. Florida market.
Market rate for AI creative production in South Florida. Backed by Year One output: thousands saved, more assets per production than traditional methods.
Cross-Department
Communication
Creative solutions for all departments
Regular touchpoints with Keith (CTO/CGO) and Juan (Director of Engineering) so the creative AI direction stays aligned with Peak Seven's — not built in a silo.
Dedicated Build Time
Daily autonomy to build, without losing sight of client work
The ability to weave build time into the day-to-day — without client deadlines ever slipping. Plus a suggested one Monday a month as a fully dedicated focus block to go deeper on whatever's in progress.
Why this makes sense

The rationale.

Every number below came from real client work, real deadlines, real results.

💰
Thousands Saved. More Made.

AI video, lifestyle photography, home walkthroughs, conference intros — delivered without crews, photoshoots, or location costs. Each production yielded more usable assets than a traditional shoot. More output from the same starting point. The work already generates a return that dwarfs the ask.

🏆
7 AI-First Productions. 2 Awards.

First AI video in Peak Seven's toolkit (Oct 2025). The internal AI tool won 1st place at the AI Presentation. 2nd place for SimplyDwell. 5+ photoshoots → full brand asset libraries. This isn't potential — it's a track record.

🔵
The Title Fits the Market

"Creative AI Lead & Producer" is actively being hired for at agencies right now at $90K–$105K in the Florida market. The work being done — building AI systems, producing AI-first content, developing creative workflows — aligns directly with what this title represents in the industry.

⚡
This Changes the Game

No agency in South Florida has a creative AI system built specifically for their department. This is that system. The ask funds the build. The build makes the department measurably faster.

The real numbers

What the numbers
actually show.

Prices are rising faster than ever — national inflation hit 3.7% in September 2026, up from 3.4% last year. But that's a national average. South Florida is a different story entirely.

The $5,000 raise technically kept up with the national inflation rate. But that national rate is an average across the whole country — including places that are much cheaper to live in than here. In South Florida, the math works differently.

South Florida just became the most expensive metro in the United States — the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area officially surpassed New York City, according to federal economic data. On top of that: home insurance in Florida is the highest in the nation, and property taxes in South Florida have gone up 62% since 2019, more than double the national increase. Everything costs more here, and it keeps going up.

The proposed range closes the gap. It reflects what this role pays in this market — and what it realistically takes to keep doing it here.

The build plan

6 directions.
6 months.

The Year Two plan in full — six areas of focus running in parallel, plus a dedicated skill stack to build out the creative AI toolkit over six months.

Six Directions
Carry Forward
Peakasso, Rebuilt
Taking the internal AI tool from a ChatGPT experiment to a true creative AI agent — with a growing skill set built to solve real, recurring department problems.
New
Personalized Agents for Creatives
AI assistants built around each team member's workflow and brand knowledge — a creative partner that already knows your clients and how you work.
Carry Forward
Workshops & Demos
Hands-on sessions to bring the team along as new tools and capabilities come online. The goal is a more capable department, not just one person with a toolkit.
Carry Forward
Cross-Department Communication
Regular touchpoints with Keith and Juan so the creative AI direction stays aligned with Peak Seven's broader strategy — not built in a silo.
New
Production Involvement
Being present at key internal and client meetings — not just receiving briefs, but contributing at the strategy and production level where creative decisions get made.
New
Creative Coordination
Working with the Art Director and PM to build stronger rationales, better assets, and cleaner handoffs — to another creative or to AI. Less guesswork downstream.
Peakasso Skill Stack — Oct 2026 through Mar 2027
Skill 01
Brand Kit Creation
AI-ready brand kits any tool in the stack can reference without re-explaining the brand every time. The foundation everything else runs on.
Skill 02
AI Enhanced Assets
Raw client footage → AI touch-ups, added people, extended scenes → polished lifestyle assets. Already proven in Year One. Now made repeatable.
Skill 03
Creative Resizing
One source file → all formats. Social, digital, print, OOH. Consistent brand expression across every channel without re-creating assets from scratch.
Skill 04
Email Blast Builder
Always in the queue. Automating layout, sizing, and CTA placement — so what takes hours takes minutes.
Skill 05
Template Builder
Permanent department infrastructure — templates any creative can pick up and run across every brand in the portfolio.
Skill 06
Billboard Legibility & Efficacy Tester
Tests signage for contrast, type size at distance, and legibility at speed — before it goes to print. Saves revision cycles on every outdoor piece.
Future Projects

Where this goes
from here.

Once the creative AI toolkit is built, the next frontier is making those tools personal — built around the people using them.

Next Horizon
Personalized Agents for Creatives
AI assistants built around each team member's workflow, style, and brand knowledge. Not a generic tool — a creative partner that already knows your clients, your standards, and how you work.
More to come

Let's make
it official.

The plan is here. The track record is there. All that's left is the conversation.
